a Financial Records Manager and Daily Money Manager
Priscilla
Repasky
Priscilla has spent over 30 years organizing offices from the ground up, and restructuring the systems already in place. She has created bookkeeping systems for law firms and managed financial records for law firms, wealthy individuals and small business owners. She currently has an office in Edina, MN where she uses the QuickBooks software accounting system to manage small business owners’ financial data with the focus on producing accurate information for the accountants who do the business tax returns. Priscilla believes numbers tell a story. The more you study your numbers and work with them, the more you know about the success or possible failure of your business. Whether you are just starting your career, or a seasoned business owner, Priscilla insists financial records should be the first order of business. If you are making money, you need to keep track of it. If you are borrowing money, you need to keep track of it. Keeping track of anything can be a difficult task. Every dollar makes a difference when it comes to tracking your money. Without your story, how do you measure the efforts of your hard work? Priscilla says that financial records represent the foundation of every business but, sadly, are the most neglected of all business essentials usually due to lack of time, lack of knowledge or lack of the ability to work with details. If you love your work but dislike bookkeeping or would rather be doing something else besides paying bills, it is time to look for solutions. Priscilla offers the convenience of peace of mind by organizing records, paying bills posting all necessary financial information, producing reports for accountants, managing vendors, tracking expenses, reconciling bank statements, troubleshooting/problem solving and business consulting. Priscilla also teaches QuickBooks basics. If financial records are getting in the way of the rest of your business, Priscilla can help. Call (952) 893-7800. |
